Kale Caesar
Ingredients
Lacinato kale (wash and massage w/ salt until soft)
Parmesan - shaved
Golden raisins

1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
½ tsp paprika
¾ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp ketchup, organic
1 tsp garlic, minced
1. Place all ingredients in a ziplock bag. Marinate for a minimum 30 min.
2. Grill chicken, ~3-4 min on each side.
