Cold season is upon us and fall allergies!  I've talked to many moms lately who are frustrated by their kids eczema, allergies, and coming home sick each week with a new bug! So let's talk about what is actually good for our kids and helping them create a stronger immune system.  These are some of my favorite supplements!                                                 Allergies:  Hist Reset : (age 18 & up): designed to modulate mast cell and immune mediator activation, aka naturally doing what anti-histamines do, but instead using NAC, bromelain, and Quercetin.  I take one daily to control my allergies, but if severe allergy season, up to 2 caps daily  D-Hist Jr : Ortho Molecular Products D-Hist JR Tablets: Same ingredients as Hist reset, but in chewable tablets for kids, *does contain sugar  Sickness: Stomach bug!  STOP giving Pedialyte - why!  contains artificial sugars and food dyes  Red 40 - linked to cancer, Blue 1 - linked to asthma  Sucralose - artificial sugar l
