Sweet treats

I'm not sure about y'all, but I can't make it through a day without some sweet treats at hand! But picking a treat is always a hard decision! Decided to share a few of my favorites to have on-the-go and my favorite healthy brownie recipe!

First up: Cocomels

  • This coconut-based sweet is just what you want when you need something to satisfy your sweet tooth. Made with organic ingredients and only 2g of sugar per piece!! I usually buy them at Greenwise or Whole Foods!

Next up: SmartSweets

  • So many choices - from sweet fish to gummy bears and sourmelon bites. Smartsweets have you covered for all your gummy needs! Best part, all are made without any artificial sugars, naturally flavored, non-gmo, and packed with plant-based fiber! Personally my favorite are the the Sweet Fish - they taste exactly like Sweedish Fish, but the healthy version! Warning, all are highly addictive! Find these at Target, Whole Foods, Amazon, etc.!

Lastly: Chocolate!
    Two favorites
  • For chocolate chips - Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
    • No Sugar Added, Botanically Sweetened with Stevia, Fair Trade Certified, Non-GMO Verified, Gluten Free
    • Minimal ingredients and only 2g of sugar per serving!
    • They taste great in baked treats or a handful as a sweet treat!

  • Hu Chocolate
    • Organic and Fair-trade products, made with cocoa and coconut sugar! You won't find a better product out there!
    • Plenty of different options to choose from!

Lastly - Almond Butter Brownies

  • Seriously the best healthy brownies you'll ever make! Protein-packed with almond butter and naturally-sweetened with honey or maple syrup. I prefer maple syrup in mine! Found this recipe online a couple years ago, so it's not mine, but I've quickly adopted it into my daily routine! Always a crowd-favorite!
